“Khubani”- the ground
floor bedroom

Khubani or Apricot is a popular fruit of the region rich in Beta-carotene, iron, potassium and a known anti-oxidant. The room is aptly named Khubani because it is designed to provide you detox therapy along with your pets, this being the only pet friendly bedroom in the Cottage (Note – Please read the T&Cs of bringing your pet(s)).  This room is also designed with elderly friendly features like grab rails in the bathroom near WC and as well in the bathing area. The tall french style front glass window of Khubani overlooks the valley and the Himalayas while the side glass window gives a glimpse of the pine forest. Khubani provides a comfortable 270 sq feet of area and a side door opens on to a private patio of 90 sq feet overlooking the meandering National Highway and the valley. The patio is furnished with a double swing, where one can enjoy a cup of tea or a drink of one’s choice. The Khubani room has a 32” SMART SAMSUNG LED TV (with Tata sky and internet TV), a study table with an ergonomically designed pushback chair, a mini Refrigerator and Tea kettle along with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets. A steam iron and an ironing board is also provided. Guest can also join their office zoom meeting through super fast fiber wifi. Yoga mat kept in the room comes handy for the guests who do not want to miss their daily yoga routine even during their leisure time. During winter a heater keeps the room warm and still if a guest desires he or she can ask for electric blankets. We do not charge extra for the heater or the electric blankets.  

Room tariff : Covers two adults and two children below 12 years of age per room inclusive of Breakfast, unless mentioned otherwise. Additional pax would be on chargeable basis and a seperate mattress would be provided.
