Tariff

Room tariff : Covers two adults and two children below 12 years of age per room except Kafal which cover two adults and three children below 12 years of age. All charges are inclusive of Breakfast for 2 pax and 2 children below age 12 years, unless mentioned otherwise.

Kilmora

The first floor bedroom facing
Almora: Rs 4,500 per night

Khubani

The ground floor bedroom:
Rs. Rs. 4000 per night (Pet friendly with T&Cs)

Hisalu

Kafal

Entire cottage

(all 4 guest rooms): Rs. 18,500 per night (inclusive of breakfast for 8 pax and 9 children below age 12)

Driver accommodation:

Rs. 650 per night (per pax inclusive of breakfast), sharing accommodation with bunk beds with attached washroom.

Extra PAX Charges

Each room can accommodate 2 adult and 2 children below 12 years of age (on the same bed) except Kafal which can accommodate 3 children below 12 years of age.
In case of single parent/adult, 3 children (4 for Kafal) below 12 years of age can be accommodated.
Additional third adult in a room (including children above 12 years of age) would be charged Rs. 750/- per night inclusive of Breakfast. A seperate mattress to be laid on the room floor would be provided.
In case extra mattress is requested for children below 12 years it would be charged Rs. 500/- per night.
Only one additional mattress can be requested per room.

Pet Charges and T&Cs of bringing Pets

Pet Charges : Rs. 500 per night (limited to 2 pets) and only available for GF Bedroom Khubani, subject to the following T&Cs :

Only cats and dogs would be allowed as pets and not more than 2 such pets would be allowed at a time per booking.
Guests to bring sleeping bed(s) and eating urensils for their pets. During winters, guests are advised to carry warm bedding too for their pets.
The pets are not shedding fur.
Pets are not allowed to climb on the bed – this is as courtesy for subsequent guests.
Pets will be kept under leash and not left to roam freely inside the cottage and definitely barred from entering the kitchen and dining area.
No ‘pet food’ is available at the cottage. Guests must bring appropriate food for their pets.

If You plan to bring your pet(s) then please be sure to intimate in advance, at the time of booking. Booking would be confirmed only in case the pet friendly room (Khubani) is available on the date(s) of your travel and stay.
