Payment /Cancellation

General

  • Guests are required to pay a 100% advance at the time of booking to confirm room reservation.
  • We accept only a government ID as valid proof of identification (Aadhar card, Passport, Driving license, and ID card issued by a govt. organisation).
  • We have zero tolerance to use of any narcotic substance. Hence, drug and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
  • Right to admission is reserved.

Age Restriction

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in when accompanied by a parent or official guardian.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests received more than 7 days before your check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellation requests received more than 4 days before your check-in-date will receive 50% refund.
  • For clarity check-In date is considered zero date and a day before is considered as day 1 and so on.
  • Cancellation requests received within 4 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund and the entire advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. Bookings created within this 4-day period are also non-refundable.
  • In case the property is not able to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances, we will provide you with a credit of the same amount. You will be able to avail the credited amount for any future booking.

Once your cancellation is approved by us, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5 – 7 business days
