These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between Nandini Homestay ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website for booking rooms (“Services”).

By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

The use of this website or availing of our Services is subject to the following terms of use:

To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of our Services and the website is solely at your own risk and discretion.. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.

The contents of the Website and the Services are proprietary to Us and you will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents.

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Website or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms or applicable laws.
You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.

You agree not to use the website and/ or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.

You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites.

You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the us for the Services.

You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service (room or rooms) . The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand
All concerns or communications relating to these Terms must be communicated to us using the contact information provided on this website.

Services Acceptance & Payment
Services are confirmed upon successful payment via our secure payment gateway.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet-based payments.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking for any reason ( room unavailability , temporary closure of facility, pricing errors, etc.).

Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, models, graphics) on is the property and protected under Indian copyright laws.
Reproduction, duplication, or resale of our content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

Booking Process

To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.

To secure any booking we require a deposit to be paid in advance, this deposit amount is = .
Deposit payments must be ‘cleared funds’ before a booking can be confirmed. Deposits are only refundable under the conditions set-out here within.

Payments for booking through this website (www.nandinihome.com) can be made online.

All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners.

Check-in & Check-out

Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below;

Check-in by: 1:00pm and before 08:00pm on day of arrival
Check-out by: 11:00am on day of departure

Cancellation, Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions

Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;

cancellation made before 72 hours from the check in time on the arrival date : Full refund
Cancellation made within 72 hours and upto 24 hours from the check in time on the arrival date : 50% of 1 night stay would be charged
Cancellation made within 24 hours from the check in time on the arrival date or no show : 1 night stay would be charged

Note : Notwithstanding anything above, any cancellation made within 6 hours of booking, shall be fully refundable.

Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required.

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us for whatsoever reason, our liability shall be limited to refund any payment made by you. Alternatively, We may also offer you the option of booking your stay in the future dates with the amount already deposited by you, provided the room(s) in the homestay are available on the dates selected by you.

Refund : Once your cancellation is approved by us and you are eligible for any refund in line with our cancellation policy, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit/debit card or any other original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.

WiFi Fair & Appropriate Usage Policy

Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests.

The Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, light video / music / media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.

Damages & Lost Property

We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge per key.

Guest(s) to ensure that they collect their belongings before check out. Any item(s) left behind by the guest, if found, shall be intimated to the guest on the mobile number or email as mentioned by the guest while booking the room(s). The guest need to collect the left behind item(s) as per their own arrangement and at their own cost. We accept no responsibility in replacing the left behind item(s).

Smoking

Smoking of any tobacco products including but not limited to cigarettes, bidi, pipes, hukka, e-cigarattes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco etc. is strictly prohibited inside the Cottage.

Pets & Service Dogs

One of our room GF Khubani is pet friendly subject to following T&Cs :
– Pet can be brought only subject to availability of pet friendly room on the stay dates. Please mention during booking that you are booking with pets and guests to book only in case the pet friendly room is available on his or her stay dates.
– Pet means only dogs and cats and maximum upto 2 Pets at a time
– Additional charges of Rs 500 per night shall be applicable (upto 2 pets)
– Guest to bring beddings and bowl of their pet’s. Pets are not allowed to climb and sleep in the guest’s bed.
– Guest to bring pet food as no pet food is stocked in the homestay.
– Pets are not allowed to roam inside the Cottage except the pet friendly room which has an additional door for entry and exit of the pets.

Parking

The cottage has its own private parking. However, guest to park their vehicles at the parking of the cottage at their own risk and we shall not be liable for any damage to their vehicles, due to any reason or act of God.
